Gilbert Service Group was established in April 2018 out of a passion for helping others in our former shoes.

Our team members have all worked in senior HSET and management roles previously. We know first-hand the pressure and weight of being responsible for the safety of workers—but also having your plate exceptionally full of tasks. We know you desperately want good help from someone who 'gets it' and isn't just there to invoice or tick a box but is invested in the outcome. That's why we do what we do!

Our founder Tanya Gilbert is commonly sought out and recommended because of her background and reputation in the industry.

Before founding Gilbert Service Group, Tanya had been in key positions on worksites where fatal incidents have occurred.

This experience is a huge asset in the professional sense because there is much to learn from things going wrong and the review and repair process after it. You see what contributed to an incident and what to be mindful of moving forward. The result of her experiences is that a proactive approach to safety—borne from experience—is drilled into our team and transferred on to our clients’ workplaces
